VMU - PMU

Visual Mock-Up (VMU) and Performance Mock-Up (PMU) are essential tools in pre-construction planning, designed to identify and address design flaws before the main construction phase. The VMU (below), conducted on-site or on a preliminary model, replicates architectural details to help visualize the final product. The PMU (above), performed in accredited laboratories in the U.S. or Europe, undergoes rigorous testing to ensure durability, stability, and performance under various conditions, minimizing risks and ensuring design integrity.

A landmark project in Gramercy Park, this striking building showcases a cutting-edge curtain wall with rounded unitized panels. Incorporating curved glass and bronze metal sheets, the facade creates a distinctive, fluid design at the northwest corner and cascading upper setbacks. This sophisticated system blends advanced engineering with architectural artistry.

510 Driggs

Located in Brooklyn’s buzzing Williamsburg neighborhood, 510 Driggs Avenue is an amenity-rich, lushly-planted development with generous outdoor spaces. The six-story, mixed-use building includes 44 two- and three-bedroom apartments with floor-to-ceiling windows and street level retail.
